Revocation
Cancellation Policy (on the condition that the buyer is consumer)
The consumer shall have the following cancellation right:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party - other than the carrier - you have indicated has acquired the material possession of the product.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you shall inform us (Felix Adumatta Donkor, Tel.: +49 30 / 83 21 45 80, Monday - Tuesday / 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Email: service@anansekulturhaus.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., mailed written letter or email) about your decision to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose you can use the attached withdrawal form, which is, however, not obligatory.
For compliance with the cancellation period a timely dispatch concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sufficient.
If you cancel this contract, we are obliged to repay all payments received, delivery costs included (with the exception of extra costs resulting from the fact that you chose another way of delivery than our most economically advantageous standard delivery offer), immediately and by latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. For the repayment we use the same means of payment that you have used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed to; under no circumstances fees are charged as a result of this repayment. We have the right to withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back, or until you provide evidence that you sent the goods back, whichever occurs first. You are obliged to send back or hand over the goods immediately, and by latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. The deadline is met when you return the goods prior to the expiry of the fourteen days period. You shall bear the direct cost of the return.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
